My Favorite Dress
I had never heard or shopped in this store until it came up on an internet search and now very happy with purchasing my favorite dress. What has really prompted me to write this review however is the phone call I received the day after my purchase, kindly informing me of some minor dust marks they had noticed on a sale item I had ordered. The lady was courteous enough to assure me in advance that these were easily washed off, apologised regardless and gave me the option to cancel beforehand. In the age of easy return policies, she had still made time to place a personal call in a busy sales period. These are the types of businesses I would like to support and I really wish them well. I would definitely use the company again & have already recommended it to friends.
