Unprofessional
Ordered a watch in October for delivery 17-21 days. Track my order showed it did not get posted for 8 days. After many, many emails it finally arrived on December 17th (48 days) together with an invoice for nearly 50% of the total cost.(Customs and administration) The watch wasn't for me but bought as a birthday gift to be presented on 22/11/2025, so I tried to cancel. Not possible they said, so I now have a watch that I do not need or want and Creation watches refunded me the princely sum of 7.52€ as an act of goodwill !!!!! My advice would be to look for a watch elsewhere and avoid this company, it might be a few euros more but it'll save you having to deal with a very unprofessional company.
