Sending false tracking numbers to buy time
The item I bought was in stock and I expected that'll be shipped within 5 days (max. number of days to send a package according to the worst case scenario from their shipping FAQ). After 7 days I sent them a message why the item is not yet shipped. They answered me 2 days after stating that the order is shipped, also included a tracking number and that I have to wait for a week to be able to track it. Another few days later I received e-mail from their system that item is shipped and a REAL tracking number (completely different from the one they sent me so it definitely wasn't a typo). As I didn't receive my order yet I can't tell about product quality, but I really hope that this initial bad experience with them will also be the only one. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company but if you really must, be sure not to buy without a tracking number. EDIT: Eventually I did receive my item in reasonable time (counted from the 2nd, "real" shipment date), well packaged and with acceptable quality of a product. However, because of initial 10 day delay and providing false tracking number, I've increased rating from 1 to 3 stars.
