Refusing to refund even though size does not match size guide

The band size of the bras received was 28.5, I sent a photo of bra with ruler as proof. Even though it is their error, I did not order the wrong size, they are refusing to refund the cost of the bras unless I pay shipping to China. This is in violation of their own terms for refunds. Best to avoid them.
