Stress and disappointment
I have ordered and paid for 6 items. 2 were never sent and I had to raise a dispute to get a refund. Of the 2 items that have arrived one, a bag, looked lovely but was the incorrect size. I didn't end up sending it back in time to get a refund due to illness so I will gift this as it's way to small for me. The second item, a watch arrived, looked great but only worked for 2 hours. I replaced the battery and it worked for another 2 hours before giving up again. I am currently trying to get a refund for this. The other 2 items are still in transit apparently. When/if they arrive I am going to delete the app as it has been just stress and disappointment. I notice that DHgate has replied with their standard reply advising things I have already done. Just another example of the poor customer service they "offer".
