My registered phone number was changed!!
I have been using Agoda for close to 20 years without any issues, until recently when I discovered the phone number registered to my account had been changed to one I do not recognise. I tried using the online AI chatbot, but it could not resolve my issue. Eventually, I managed to find a phone number to call, but they only handle queries regarding individual bookings. My issue was about my account and phone number rather than a booking. After a great deal of difficulty, I finally managed to speak with a real person, who then told me they could not help me. Following further enquiries, they gave me an email address. I sent an email to that address nearly three days ago, and there is still no response.
