Fantastic service, price and staff on our flight to Tokyo via Shanghai. The transfer in Shanghai was made seamless The food is not the same as western airlines but I’m sure Chinese guests would not enjoy western plane food. The China Eastern website was very difficult to navigate but booked via Trip which was easy
