Zero Zero Robotics is the best company!
My first AQUA had a problem with the gimbal getting stuck. The Hoverair team immediately sent me a new unit, requesting the log files and the defective unit to determine the problem. They also arranged for an urgent shipment to meet my need to receive it before my vacation. Excellent organization, I must say. A few days ago, a strap loop on the Lighthouse broke. I reported it to the team, and they offered to replace it with a new Lighthouse! A NEW Lighthouse just for a small piece of broken plastic! Furthermore, they didn't even expect to receive the damaged unit! Doesn't that seem like an incredible company? I'd also add that the software and updates are excellent and always up to date and improved. Today I'll be testing the new firmware 1.3.15, which will undoubtedly have greatly improved some features and added others. I only took the liberty of suggesting that the company consider making the Lighthouse's strap loops more robust. Otherwise, the drone is truly a gem. And the team is the best in the world when it comes to customer service. Thank you, Zero Zero Robotics!
