Disgraceful
I received an email over a week after I placed my order saying they where out of stock on the item, and that they are going to charge me a handling fee for my refund. I'm not sure if that's even but If they do not respond or refund me the full amount I will be contacting trading standards. I have used them in the past despite all the negative review and they where "ok". I will never use them again after this unless something drastic happens with this case. I consider this theft!
