UPDATED: Wrong Color, Took Too Long, And Looked Like A Wrinkled Curtain Right Out Of The Bag
Although they asked that I remove this review in return for refunding me the money without the need to return the hideous item I got, I don't think that would be honest. So, instead, I'm making a note that I was graciously refunded the money for all of my trouble and didn't have to return the item. I hope that suffices. As the title of my review suggests, I am not a happy camper. I've had way too many disappointments from this company, and this is my very last one. From jewelry and clothing that take months to reach my doorstep after placing my order, if it comes at all, to none of it actually representing what it looks like in the pictures or descriptions, this company doesn't know when to stop pissing off it's customers. This latest order was not only a different color than what I ordered, it was smaller than anticipated from the picture, and it took forever to get shipped. I get that the prices are affordable, but what's the point of ordering a $5 item, if it never reaches your door? Or if it does, turns out being completely different and lower quality than what you had hoped for? Next RoseGal email I get, I'm hitting that 'Unsubscribe' button.
