My drone came to an unfortunate end, well out of warranty. After lodging a repair ticket, DJI got back to me almost immediately with a very reasonable repair quote. Instead of having to send it off for repair, they sent me a refurbished one within a day. I'm honestly blown away at the level of support given. Thank you.
