Fantastic
I bought a ComMarker in March and I have been very happy with it. However, when engraving cups using the chuck, things did not go smoothly. The chuck was not rotating properly, and after a lot of trying and troubleshooting, I eventually contacted ComMarker. After a few emails, it turned out that my motherboard was not functioning correctly. No problem — ComMarker sent me a new motherboard. Unfortunately, I had some bad luck and had to undergo major surgery. I was not allowed (and still am not allowed) to lift heavy items or do much physically, and I had the new motherboard waiting to be installed. I asked around in my area if someone could fix it for me, but nobody felt confident taking on the job. After two months, I contacted ComMarker again. They were very understanding and handled the situation quickly and professionally. They decided to send me a completely new base unit, which is currently on its way. That is what I call great customer service. Many companies could learn from this. Their support is efficient, helpful, and truly customer-focused. A fantastic company — highly recommended!
