ViDay is FANTASTIC!
I genuinely can’t put into words how fantastically easy VidDay is to use. From start to finish, the platform is incredibly user-friendly, and creating a truly special video couldn’t be simpler. The customer support is absolutely second to none. Every agent I’ve spoken to has gone above and beyond to help, they seem to know the answer to everything, and best of all, you’re speaking to real people rather than a chatbot. The only thing I’d mention for anyone in the UK is to be aware of the support hours if you’re on GMT, as they don’t always align with our daytime. That’s not a criticism, just something worth bearing in mind. Most importantly, the finished videos are outstanding. Every recipient has been completely overwhelmed, and the reactions have been priceless. I’ve now created three videos with VidDay, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t even consider looking for another platform while VidDay exists. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
