Careful with your purchase. They didn’t work for me and if you try to exchange to try a different size, then you forfeit being able to get a refund. So I didn’t want to do that. Instead of trying a different size I tried to simply do the 30 day refund, and I discovered that they charge you for return shipping so at the very minimum you’re out the shipping that you spent for it to get to you (they don’t refund shipping) and you’re out the shipping that it takes to return it to them. So definitely know that it is not a risk free 30 day money back guarantee at all. You have to pay shipping both ways to try them. Updated: I have gone back and forth repeatedly with the customer service and expressed my concerns. It is very time-consuming to email with Customer Service because I usually have to send two messages to hear back once… and I’m still waiting for the partial refund I’m supposed to be getting.
