A disappointing experience
TLDR: Tickets had an error in the connection times. Thankfully, Rail Ninja agreed quickly to a full refund when the situation was explained which is much appreciated. I've changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars to account for this. We purchased tickets from Gyeongju to Jeonju in Korea via this service, which included a connection at Osong. We arrived at Gyeongju station and checked the layover time only to realise that the first train arrival time in Osong was 35 minutes after the second train's departure time. The absolute bare minimum for this type of third party train booking service is to provide routes with working connections, and the Google ads for RailNinja claim "logical connections", something it does not apparently provide. As a result we had to book new tickets, and spend hours at the train station. The new tickets that we bought directly from KRT are also substantially cheaper.
