Purchased the EB55 in May 2022 and faulty within 1 year.
Purchased the EB55 in May 2022, the unit has been used frequently but not abused. It developed a charging fault in March 2023 whereas the charger stopped at 60% thinking the unit was at 100% (quite common from a Google search), but the unit battery capacity lights were at 60%. Returned for repair, and after receiving the unit back it seems that the repair has basically turned all the battery capacity lights on to 100% and instead of decreasing in 20% blocks upon use, it now stays at 100% until empty. Charging the unit instead of going up 0% to 20% to 40% and so on until full. It goes straight up to to 100% when in fact its still empty.
