Horrible service horrible products
On Febuary 6th I ordered a costume for Anime Boston (1st week of April). I wanted the costume to arrive with plenty of time before the event, so I paid the extra $40 for 10 day shipping. The order was not shipped out until March 6th. When I contacted customer service they unappologetically told me " We are just back from the holiday.... Please do not worry. You will receive them in March." I received my order on March 12th, and when I opened the package all the elastic was stretched. I attempted to call customer service by phone, but their customer service is only open after 8PM.
