Jack has excellent interpersonal and technical skills, he was very accommodating and managed to get one of our data-loggers talking to the app. Unfortunately despite his best efforts, we were unable to add the second data-logger. We are grateful to have one data-logger data available on the app. Jack has agreed to explore the case further at his end and we will see if it’s possible to add the second data logger to a second account.
