Wow - Impressive service levels
3 months away from home, haven't seen my girl or family. I need to get to Singapore from West Papua to get the flight to London, I chose Batik. 3 flights to the leg, the first flight was a little late and this might just have the knock on effect I didn't need. At the end of the first leg, a Batic rep was waiting on the air bridge for me with my next boarding pass. At the end of the next flight, there was another rep waiting who wisked me off the air bridge at the side exit and down to the tarmac where a mini bus picked us both up and drove us to another terminal. The rep constantly on his phone as we walked the last leg and met one of his colleagues at the last check point, the 2nd colleage waiting for us with my last boarding card in his hand. Prioritised through security and to the gate where my plane was quite litterally waiting for me to board, they closed the doors behind me and we were away. In Singapore, no bag. That was a worry as I was london bound the next evening and only had shorts, T shirt and flip flops (winter in London). Reported the missing bag and headed for my overnight stay, impressed with Batik even though I was without my bag. The next morning I came down to reception for breakfast and my bag was already there waiting for me. I am immensely impressed with what Batik have just done for me
