Can't complain!
I have to give this company a great review. I ordered clothes from them. I got an email from them and from Hermes to say that my parcel had been delivered. They had tracking information too to say it had been delivered even though it had not been delivered to my house! I spoke to my local post office who told me no one was signing for deliveries just now due to social distancing and the signature for my parcel could have been the delivery guy picking it up from the depot. I then tried to claim back from paypal but lost case as they had provided tracking details. So I started a live chat with them with a girl called Olivia. I explained the situation to her. She did look up my tracking number and said it was showing as delivered but she would still try and help me. She told me to wait until the 7th may just to see if it turned up and if not she would resend order or give me a refund. I got back onto live chat yesterday and was lucky enough to get Olivia again. I said parcel had not turned up so she asked me did I want a new order sent out or a refund. I told her I would just take a refund. She told me she would process I and it would be back to my account within 3-5 days. I was a bit dubious but sure enough just had an email from pay pal to say I have received I refund! Check my pay pal account and sure enough the refund is there. So I can only say my experience with them has been great. First class service!
