Samsung

Never Purchasing Another Samsung Product Again

I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years — phones, watches, fridge, oven, and ring — but their customer service has finally cost them that loyalty for good. A year ago I had to send my Galaxy Ring in for service. It took roughly 100 hours of my time across calls, emails, and texts to get it resolved, with constant runaround between departments and reps who talked down to me instead of just answering the question. I told myself I'd never buy another Samsung product after that. The ring they fixed a year ago broke again, and I submitted a service claim within the warranty period. Samsung came back and billed me, claiming it was no longer under warranty, with no explanation. I asked why, in email, text, and by phone, repeatedly. No one could or would tell me. Instead, they sat on the claim and returned the ring to me after their own response window had closed - still unfixed, and now conveniently outside the warranty they refused to justify denying in the first place. This isn't a one-off. It's a pattern: stall, deflect, run out the clock. If you're considering any Samsung device that might need warranty service, know that the warranty may not mean much when you actually need to use it.
