Thanks Dave S
Dave S. with customer care worked with me to resolve my problem. The item I ordered was important to me but very inexpensive. Dave treated my problem as it I have spent a fortune. He took care of the item that did not work, expedited a refund for it and helped me order the item I need. I could not have been more please with his service, attention to the matter and help with each step of the process. Thank you Dave.
