They are the worst in the industry
They are the worst in the industry. Avoid them at all cost. I got an account with Blancard/Norh/Paymenthub through Sekure Merchant and both of those 2 companies are terrible to work with. ▪️They set up my account on day 1. I've asked them to amend the contract and to mention that I won't be charged any cancellation fee. The contract was signed. ▪️On day 3, after 2 legitimate transactions (all proof have been sent to them) they put a hold on my account for 7 days. ▪️On day 10, without notice or explanation they closed my account despite showing them that I never had any issue in 7 years with Square and Stripe. ▪️ On day 15, they have tried to charge me $531 without my consent, knowledge and despite having a signed contract stating that it will never happened. Next step I'm calling my lawyers, they should both go bankrupt for their lies and false advertisement.
