Good quality, poor shipping policy
Purchased a dress for a birthday. Good quality, a little shorter than expected, but the price was right. Selected to pay for expedited shipping (5-7 days). Despite my order being processed and paid for within the first 24 hours of placing the order, the dress did not ship and arrive for over 12 days (not counting Sundays). Needless to say, I did not get the dress in time for my birthday party. They did not offer to return my shipping costs despite them not delivering in the allotted time. Good luck getting any real feedback from customer service.
