Useless CS
I have ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G and also a tax insurance. I got taxed, and instead of an 75$ refund,I only got 35$ refund and a 40$ coupon, which I had to use on a purchase over 100$.I was angry so I demanded to lower the price,so it went down to 50$,so I ordered a set of Xiaomi Pistons and some tools, priced 56$. The order was set at 17.1,sent to the courier 27.1,LEFT Beijing 27.2. Month and a half just to send the order, and it still didn't arrive. I am honestly angry and I STRONGY DISCOURAGE ANYONE who wants to buy from this site. Also their customer service is terrible,my granny of 85 years understands more english than them.
