Tinashe Hair

Diabolically bad wigs here, please don’t fall for the okey doke. It’s a big con, I promise you.

The hair is not bad. Density is not as advertised. Length is true. The wigs themselves are the most ill fitting wigs I have ever, ever bought or seen. Sadly I bought 5 wigs at a time, and they weren’t cheap either. Combs are all in positionally awkward and stupid places and the wigs are at the same time too small for my head but somehow are also loose at the front and also slip off. They are just a total disgrace. This is leads me to disbelieve the numerous almost uniformly five star reviews on TinasheHair’s website because 100% of wigs received were terrible. Don’t forget I bought 5 not 1, and they are all the same. Over $1000 worth. All completely useless. Really sad as I had such high hopes. I may review the ones with blonde highlights separately as they are a whole new level of hell that Dante missed! We are going to have to find wig sellers that aren’t entirely contemptuous of their clientele. It’s so easy to make these wigs fit for purpose and useful, so that customers don’t end up feeling entirely ripped off and left with essentially useless wigs. An expensive mistake which might have been avoided. I wish I could write 5 reviews to tell you how bad these are! Yet every product on their website shows 5 stars from here to eternity. All experiences customers have should be shown uniformly - the good the bad and the ugly. There is an obligation on companies to act honourably and with integrity with reviews because if they are not representative, they can be misleading and I strongly believe that it would be duplicitous for any organisation to show only 5 star reviews when it’s statistically highly likely given the subjective and personal nature of things like wigs, that other reviews may not be as glowing. I believe that if a range of opinions are not shown, organisations can’t learn, realistic expectations are not set and trust is not built. People are more likely to bother to leave a negative review than a good one, we know this, so once one suffers a massive disappointment, one then is much more likely to question the veracity of these reviews, and justifiably so. In general organisations who want to improve will solicit reviews and value real feedback so they can change. Organisations who don’t care about anything except getting your money will not value feedback and will not get better. So if a company wants to get better, they will solicit and value real feedback and share the full range of independent feedback, especially on sites like Trustpilot. It goes without saying that of course this applies if the company’s goal is customer satisfaction. Otherwise, then they will not. I’ve seen many reviews on TikTok and now believe that these are extremely likely to be just paid for dross. I would ignore these with extreme prejudice and DO NOT BUY. Try elsewhere. Try and try again until you find a good place. AND don’t buy more than one at a time! ISEE hair is the same. I think there are different brands of the same dodgy parent company who must despise their customers. Unluckily, I only really wore the wigs after the return period. They looked ok so I thought it would be fine. Try one first, don’t buy several at once like ‘muggins’ me. The lace also is major league nonsense. They are ‘10 years ago antiquated’ bad. Where’s melting lace? 3D? Pah! These wigs are in the dark ages. Just avoid this place. You will be glad you did. We all just need to remember when buying wigs that there are review farms that can put lies up and I think unremitting 5 star reviews are likely skewing the picture and give the game away. It’s all arrant nonsense. This is just a highly successful marketing operation for terrible wigs to hide behind.
