🚨 Avoid this company at all costs 🚨 My subscription was renewed after a year with no prior warning and no clear indication of the price. When I tried to cancel, they wanted to charge me a 30% cancellation fee (which I managed to push down to 10%). Weeks after cancelling, they still took over £200 from my account without telling me. They did eventually refund it but claimed it was my own fault! I cancelled my card after that — thankfully — because just a few days later they tried to take another £200. This behaviour feels completely fraudulent. I have reported them to the authorities for investigation. ⚠️ Highly recommend not using this company. *****UPDATE***** It is now several weeks later since the above incident(s) happened and they are still trying to take money from my account!! Just this morning 5th Sept 2025 SITE123 attempted to take another £201 from my bank account - despite the fact they tried this before and it was declined (as I cancelled my card) they are still trying to take money!! *****BEWARE**** ****UPDATE NO.2 - 5th Sept 2025**** This update is in reference to the reply I just received from *Thomas*. Forget about the Auto-renewal feature.... PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU - SITE 123 ARE STILL TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING OR APPROVAL FROM ME????? If I had not cancelled my bank card you would still be taking £201!!! This has NOTHING to do with Auto-renewal. This is your website trying to steal money from my account 6 weeks after cancellation!! PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT AND NOT ABOUT AUTO-RENEWAL!
