Avoid this shop if you don't need junk flooding your email
I have made an order from this shop 8 days ago, after carefully checking on reviews about this shop. I was so delighted about such a good reviews, and finding a good shop to order all sorts of things from India! Upon creating an account with them, I have carefully UN-CHECKED the box for "newsletters" etc. Then it all started. My mailbox got flooded with junk, and no matter how many times I clicked "Unsubscribe" within an email, the next kept coming. After 2 days, I had not yet a single update on my order, but tonnes of junk email already, I wrote them an email on the "Contact us" form. I received a prompt reply, with no apologies, but a promise that they will stop the junk email. I accepted and thanked that. Few days later I had an update on my order, which said it was "packed". There was also some tracking info, but mainly the last-mile tracking was any use. The other tracking was useless, until I figured to drop the number into some global tracking website. However, I'm not like inpatient or anything, I did not check on this every day. Today, I received yet another junk email, trying to persuade me to "use my points" - meaning to buy further things from this shop. So that prompted me to check, and apparently TODAY, after 8 days from my order date, the parcel of my order has "left the facility" ! I mean, I don't rush to anywhere, but the amount of junk and prompts to make me shop more and more in immense, while the very first order has not yet arrived! So I checked already, and their policy says, you have to WRITE to them to ask to stop their newsletter, you have to WRITE to them separately, to ask them to stop the further "corresponding" junk, and you have to WRITE to them to ask them to delete your account. I mean, I will of course, but I cannot trust this whole company, since NOTHING they promised me so far, they've kept. I still receive junk emails while what I bought had dispatched in 8 days, although they said 1-2 days, and the other item they said 2-3 days dispatch. I keep clicking on "Unsubscribe", but further and further junk emails are coming. I don't know what the product will be like, if it ever arrives, but for me, this is already never again. Maybe people are OK with all the junk in their email, for me, I need to use an email where I would actually receive an update on my order, therefore I can't sign up with an email I don't use. So if this sounds familiar to you, I recommend to avoid this shop and buy from somewhere else, because they basically intentionally make your hair fall out.
