Knowledgeable, professional customer service and beautiful dress
The fact that my dress was made thousands of miles away without my direct presence used to send a cold feeling down my spine. Remember wedding happens only once in life and this was my special day that I had to trust this site. I knew many places in town but the prices were out of my budget. I was a first time shopper here and I had so many things to inquire from the sites customer service department. They were quite helpful the chat experience was wonderful and professional. Before the check out, the CS agent that served me was call Ching Li, he was never pushy, answered all my questions thoroughly, and had lots of helpful advice, and was completely understanding when I decided to just have a wedding dress and few accessories shipped together. At last my dress was shipped and Yes, it was cheaper as expected. It was a piece for one time use, looked perfect and fitted well. I have sold it out second hand. I got almost the full amount reselling and had a great wedding too. More than worth it shopping here.
