Title: Absolute worst experience — don't book with them! Review: This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had with a travel company. I received a WhatsApp message telling me my flight was cancelled — no proper email, no clear information, just panic when I was already travelling. I arrived in Dubai worried, panicked, and stressed instead of being able to relax after a long journey. I ended up having to do YOUR job for you — chasing everything myself when you should have been there to help. Emirates were absolutely brilliant throughout, so please stop blaming them. Take responsibility for your own mistakes. Do the right thing and compensate me — and you CANNOT blame Emirates for this. It was entirely your failure to communicate properly.
