The tour guide John Ng was amazing
The tour guide John Ng was amazing! He exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond on all of the days that he was with us. He made sure to take group photos of us at all of our stops, along with candid photos and videos. He knew to keep our group on a certain pace so that we could enjoy each site without taking away time from the next destination. Each morning, he provided a brief update on the weather for the day and what sites we were planning to visit. For almost every meal, if he was with us in the restaurant, he made sure that all of our orders were to our liking and satisfaction. John made our first trip to Japan that much more memorable. We would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Japan! Lan Liu also made sure that our trip and tour was going well, following up with us pretty much every day to see how things were going. Lan was also very flexible with us during the initial process while we were modifying and finalizing our initinerary.
