Fast and Easy but limited options and unexplained dosage changes.
The refill request was easy and fast. I used to appreciate the ability to purchase 3 months of medication at a time, however they have removed that option. It would be nice to have that option reinstated. Additionally, I’m on a maintenance regimen and they keep lowering my dosage which, to me, is counterintuitive. It’s irritating enough to have me consider looking at other options for my GLP 1 provider.
