Excellent follow-up and resolution***NOT I take that back, after shelling out about $7k, they tell me that a system update may trigger a passkey reset, which they'll reset once, out of courtesy. Now, they want to impose a $50 reset fee for whatever happened to cause this reset. It's the same computer. ??? Though this is a reply to a support ticket, I'd like to convey to AbleSys Corp. my utter dissatisfaction.
