18 months ago I placed a order that never arrived and after emailing back and forth they still refuse to rectify this! Keep claiming that it arrived at my local but can confirm this is incorrect as if never got to customs. I’m now £60 out of pocket and have also wasted a lot of time emailing back and forth. Avoid this site like the plague. Dishonest customer service and the worst business practice I’ve ever experienced.
