Stayed at Keepers Court
Stayed at Keepers Court, Croydon back in July. I paid the deposit of £300.00 for any damages. There was NO damage. I tried on many occasions to get a refund and in the end after several weeks of being fobbed off I went to my bank and they took this on for me. The bank has just got a refund on behalf of myself. The apartment was nice. But be very careful ! As a foot note I booked this through Trip.com . But they had nothing to do with the problem I had. It was the actual company that deal with Keepers Court in Croydon.
