I never got my goods after nearly 2 months of waiting. This experience was not satisfactory but there was good understanding from Dresslily who refunded my money in full. Hope you get new contract with new reliable shipping company because it is also part of your service to customers that you work with reliable partners to ensure good overall shopping experience with you. This has generally discouraged me from doing online shopping from companies on a dotcom address so I'm definitely not coming back to you unless something drastically is communicated on change of good shopping experience. I have now deleted my previous review and given you 2 stars here for acting on my case and refunding my money in full for none delivery and 2 stars because non delivery of goods paid for is the most disappointing act here:((
