Good customer service!
Ordered a JIAYU S3 smartphone at pandawill.com. Unfortunately because of an error my order was paid for by paypal but not registered in their system. After contacting Pandawill via their ticketsystem, they corrected this promptly and put in the order manually. Still, after 1 day I started to doubt if i would have to wait longer now for my product and decided to cancel my order. They refunded me via paypal the same day! Too bad for the error during ordering but the service was very good!
