i love their products so far, but meh
My first two items were excellent. I got a dress and a swinsuit. Everything matched and items took a while to get to me (1.5 months). On my second item, I bought a tracking number, and noticed that one came within 3-4 weeks. I HIGHLY suggest if you want to continue buying from this site then proceed with caution. My third, fourth, and fifth items was a terrible experience. i bought tracking numbers for all of them and THEY had the gull to TELL ME that I didn't buy a tracking number. What a bunch of liars! of course I complained, and they did refund my tracking number (which i didn't care too much, i just wanted my items). I eventually got them after about 2 months. some of the dresses (2/3) did not live up to the pictures. I was little disappointed after all of that mess, but luckily I'm pretty crafty and know how to sew to fix it. like i said, rosegal has some redeeming qualities, but PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Order only 1 item at a time and always buy a tracking number!
