It was not as simple as described
It was not as simple as described. Too many settings on the Android to change and not identical as the screenshots. At the end the transfer was successful but the names of all contatcs in WhatsApp were wrong, so I needed to edit every contact and renamed it. Additional Note: I must say the application did its job: all WhatsApp data, including photos, videos, emoticons, animated gifs, and messages, were successfully transferred. But the names of the contacts were swapped. I had to edit them and renamed to the correct ones. Fortunately their phone number, profile photos and messages were just fine. I really appreciate the interest from the support team on resolving and researching on the issue. Thank you. The transfer was Android to iPhone.
