These guys are scam artists
These guys are scam artists. My orders never arrived and buying insurance does nothing. Russell in Customer Service acts completely incompetent with the same questions over and over. He said wait two more weeks then again wait two more weeks. then check with your post office. NOTHING! Now it's we might have sent to the wrong address, what is your address. Then when I write asking for my money back he replies "you did not receive these 3 orders?" When all of the information is in the email he can't bother to read. He's just stalling and stalling hoping I'll go away. Now I read online reviews that bilked customers have a difficult to impossible time of getting a refund through Paypal. This is an international scam and I am making a claim to Washington DC. Too many people are losing money. I will edit and post info updates here. Don't buy from them! Since I am unable to unable to reply to newfrog response I am doing it here. Dozens of "I'm sorry's" dozens of "check with your post office", "maybe it's stuck in customs" or "send us your address." all bull s**t And these are the smae replies I got on Paypal. Paypal said to me, that's not an answer. It has been escalated to a claim If you want to lose all of your money and eat up time with these thieves then order something you won't get.
