Terrible CS, unreliable system availability
Terrible CS. Slow and useless. By the time they respond, the issue is no longer pertinent. They do not help resolve the issue, and they engage in protracted discussions that take each take days of back-and-forth. Their login system does not work properly. Many times it just returns failed login messages that after a few hours/days seem to go away (same password/user name).
