Misleading, Prescription Glasses
After much research of finding the right pair of glasses for my significant other, I stumbled on SmartBuyGlasses.sg, since I'm based in Singapore. They carry a decent selection of designer glasses and I was happy to see that they offer to setup prescriptions lens for whatever designer glasses I order. I verified through the Q&A and their directions on how to order a pair of glasses with prescription lens. I had my significant other setup an account and had the prescription information saved into the account. There was no indication if whether or not prescription lens would be included when making the order. It wasn't until I made the purchase of a pair of glasses that it was indicated there was no prescription in the order confirmation details. I then reached out to SmartBuyGlasses' Facebook page and inquired on this confusing and misleading ordering process. And then it all made sense: a representative from SmartBuyGlasses on Facebook tells me that their Singapore location CAN NOT do prescription lens. All of this could have been avoided had this been clearly indicated on the website. Not cool.
