Excellent and trustworthy firm
I have been with Bluestar for about 10 years and they have set up 3 accounts for me during that time. One investment account, a life insurance policy and an education plan for my 3 children. On every occasion, the process was smooth and easy. The performance has been very good and even though there have been some years of low or even negative growth, the overall result is very satisfying. I get regular market reports, valuations and speak to my adviser often. One thing I would like to see, and I know it's a big ask as not all assets trade throughout the day, is that the investor portal can have live prices. At the moment they are updated once a day which is fine. I have trusted my adviser and Bluestar with all our financial planning and highly recommend them to anybody who needs financial planning advice.
