Excellent customer-focussed service
I needed a replacement touch screen for a machinery monitoring system as the previous unit had gone blank all of a sudden. I ordered the new screen and the team at Beetronics responded with options to investigate the reason for the failure to avoid my paying for a new one unless it was required. This was a refreshing alternative to what is often the norm. They responded quickly with good information and followed up on my order regularly. A special thankyou goes to the team at the Claymont, DE 19703 department.
