Good products, but expect no coupons or kindness!
Pinky Paradise contacts have always been a huge lifesaver for me. $20(approx) per pair is a much fairer price than what most places charge, and it's hard to drop $80 on one box when each eye has a different Rx. Pinky is fair in that you can choose the Rx for each eye in the pair you order and makes them come out to like $10 a piece. The postage is only inexpensive if you are prepared to wait almost a full month for your order, which I assume most folk who order contacts by the pair don't really have the time to wait that long. My only complaint is that I am never satisfied with the Customer Service. It's a shame, like, I'll buy contacts regular price with the expensive shipping at 11:30pm and at 12:00am a sale will happen where its buy one get one free or something. Sales are rare and coupons must only be those who buy enough product at regular price they probably dont need coupons in the first place. If I ask then to honor a sale that happened 30 minutes after completing my order they flat out say no and don't offer a reason why (or worse, they lie and say it's already been marked as shipped and processed which is BS) and I think that's so lame considering the amount of money I regularly spend through their site! I have thought long and hard about not shopping there again because they are so apathetic about those who are loyal to their brand, but I keep coming back because their product thus far really has been pretty good. Long story short, if you don't care about not being cared about by this company, then the product is good. I just wish I didn't feel so much like I was giving my hard earned money to a company that doesn't even try to make sure the customer is happy with their service/ product.
