They're simply thieves... Horrible company that takes your money but never delivers
Same as almost everyone... Horrible company! Bought a ticket for Train The Trainer in January 2020. The course should have taken place in September 2020 in Germany but because of covid it never took place and now my money is gone, a refund is impossible and they won't give me any kind of update on if the training will ever take place. But they act like it will because that way they can keep telling you it's not cancelled, it's postponed... By now I'm no longer even interested in the training because my life and interests have developed over the past 2,5 years. But they don't care! I can't even imagine the amount of money they (in my opinion) stole from all those customers around the world... How are those thieves able to look at themselves in the mirror? This kind of behavior is really disgusting and I'm extremely surprised a company can get away with this.
