Miner Upgrade Process
Compass Mining did a good job at the miner upgrade service. Tatum was my assigned tech to offer to buyback my old miners and credit me toward new gen miners. Process was painless once the ball got rolling. I gave 4 stars because I had to ping Tatum and his team multiple times to start the miner upgrade process after they initiated the options. So what could have taken a week took about 3 weeks. All is good tho, new miners are hashing and received my miner deposits back as compass credits that I can use toward new miners or pay my electric bills!
