No warranty and they steal returned goods
My phone died after 3 months and Pandawill insisted on my returning it to them for repair. I sent it by recorded delivery and they denied receipt for 3 weeks after it arrived. They then told me it would take several weeks to repair. Four months later I have not heard from them and they have ignored all emails. I see from other reviews that I am not alone. Do not return goods to Pandawill - they will keep then and will not repair or refund. Update - Pandawill lied in their response to this review when they requested that I get in touch with them. As previously they completely ignored all attempts to contact them - totally untrustworthy company.
