Product never worked and refused refund request. Didn’t reply to emails.
I purchased a three month trial and it didn’t work at all. I emailed within 6 hours of purchase to ask for a refund and kept receiving out of office replies telling me that the company was closed due to public holidays. I persevered and eventually received a reply a week later refusing a refund and giving links to all the online guides I had already used. I couldn’t get any help from them and no money back. £60 totally wasted on a product that never worked.
