I ordered 2 pairs of size 38 shoes and received one pair size 36 and one pair size 39!! Was told I had to return them to get a refund, fine, BUT at my cost which was going to be £25.40p!!! But I used Paypal, and they refunded the cost of shoes and postage!!!! Terrible service, rubbish shoes. Well done Paypal
